A little taste of summer

Yesterday we took advantage of the brief burst of sunshine and picked some berries.


Mia really wanted to join in. She participated by grabbing and trying to chew any leaf or berry in arm's reach.

Afterward we met up with my mom, who now works just a hop skip and a jump away in downtown Tacoma, and had lunch at the Broadway farmer's market. A pretty perfect summer morning.
